We are a fully-fledged denim apparel manufacturing factory with a complete supply chain, not a trading intermediary. We have our own professional sewing workshop, denim washing plant, and pattern development team. From fabric selection, pattern making, garment sewing to post-wash finishing and quality inspection, we have complete self-management of the entire production process, eliminating intermediaries.

You can provide your designs or samples to customize various denim styles. We also welcome you to schedule an on-site factory visit at any time. We can directly connect with the production end to accurately control quality and delivery time, efficiently meeting your customization development and bulk order delivery needs.

Our regular MOQ will be 300pcs per design per washing with mixed size, but u can order smaller quantities like 200pcs or 100pcs even less.

Yes we can put your logo by embroidery or printing on the jeans. Also we can custom the logo on the accessories like labels, tags, leather patches, button, rivets etc.

We will recommend you the correct fabrics to match the designs or mock up, for example if your designs are skinny usually it will be high stretches. If your jeans are wide leg usually we recommend to use non stretches fabrics.

The factory price range for a standard basic pair of jeans is roughly USD 5-25 per piece.

The final unit price will vary depending on fabric weight and material, washing process complexity, total order quantity, accessory customization requirements, and packaging specifications. You can provide specific style references, target purchase quantity, and detailed processing requirements, and I will calculate an accurate quote for you as soon as possible.

Our sample leading time usually will be around 7-10 days, Bulk production leading time around 15-20 days, but it depends on the designs and washing color.

If you have ready designs, please share with us via email or whatsapp, we will discuss with you about the price and quality, after all confirmed we will start the sample and ship to you for quality and fitting checking, once sample approved we will start the production and schedule a quality checking by video call or third party.

Our payment terms for each of our new client will be 50% deposit and 50% before shipping, after we cooperated for some time, we can reduce the percentage of the deposit even no deposit.

We support custom production of mainstream styles and cuts, including: Classic basic styles: straight leg, slim fit, wide-leg, high-waisted dad jeans, flared/flared jeans, tapered carrot jeans, and other regular styles;
Style and craftsmanship styles: heavy-duty ripped jeans, washed and distressed styles, cargo jeans with multiple pockets, floor-length wide-leg jeans, high-stretch skinny jeans, vintage raw denim jeans, etc.;
Derivative denim categories: denim shorts, denim culottes, denim overalls, denim jumpsuits, etc.

All styles can be customized with adjustments to fabric weight, wash style, and accessory details. We support custom pattern making based on provided images or samples. Please feel free to send me any specific styles you'd like to have made for reference.

For samples we will ship to you by express like DHL or Fedex door to door. For production we will ship by sea or by air based on different situation, also the production will be shipped door to door which means you dont need to pay anything once received.
