Equipped with its own denim washing workshop, the facility boasts a complete set of denim finishing processes, including enzyme washing, stone washing, whiskering, monkey finishing, hand rubbing, bleaching, sulfur blackening, color overprinting, and laser engraving. The entire process is internally controlled, eliminating the need for third-party processing plants. From washing formula adjustment and pattern making to mass production washing, everything is completed in-house.

The washing technology team can quickly adjust the washing effect based on customer samples, images, and style references, resulting in high sampling feedback efficiency. Strict control over water temperature, chemical ratios, and washing time ensures stable control over color, colorfastness, and fading effects, effectively avoiding common problems such as color difference and color migration in mass production. The in-house washing workshop achieves seamless integration of sewing and washing processes, significantly reducing transit waiting time and ensuring controllable delivery dates. It supports both small-batch sampling and large-volume orders, meeting the diverse washing styles and environmental compliance requirements of various overseas markets.

Strict inspection and packaging

We have established a comprehensive multi-stage quality control and inspection system. After garments have completed sewing and washing, they enter a specialized quality inspection stage. First, a preliminary inspection of semi-finished products is conducted, checking stitching, alignment, hardware accessories, and the appearance after washing. After the bulk order is completed, dedicated QC personnel perform a full-dimensional inspection, checking dimensional tolerances, color fastness, color difference, fabric defects, and stitch strength, strictly rejecting defective products such as skipped stitches, holes, and stains.

Garment that passes inspection is folded and hung according to customer specifications, and adorned with hang tags, care labels, size labels, and anti-theft tags. It is then packaged in inner bags and outer cartons as required. The outer cartons are labeled with the style number, quantity, size ratio, and shipping label information, ensuring a one-to-one correspondence with the packing list data. We support on-site customer inspection and third-party notary office verification, and can complete packaging according to export standards, adapting to various shipping methods such as sea freight and air freight, ensuring the goods are delivered to the customer intact.
