1. Cutting Section: Fully automatic fabric spreading machines, computerized cutting beds, fabric cutting machines, and fabric inspection machines enable fabric pre-shrinking and precise cutting, reducing fabric waste.

2. Sewing Section: Over 300 specialized sewing machines, including flatbed sewing machines, five-thread overlock machines, double-needle sewing machines, bartacking machines, bartacking machines, and pleating machines, operating on multiple assembly lines.

3. Denim-Specific Finishing: A dedicated denim washing workshop equipped with stone washing, enzyme washing, whiskering, pleating, bleaching, and distressing equipment; including dryers, ironing tables, and garment needle detection equipment.

4. Production Capacity: The factory has a monthly production capacity of 200,000 pieces, capable of handling large-volume orders while also supporting small-batch, fast-response orders.

5. Quality Control: The entire process is equipped with needle detection, garment ironing, and full inspection lines, providing complete equipment support from cut pieces to finished products, eliminating the need for outsourcing and allowing for better control over product quality and delivery time.

Jake Chan, was born in 1990, graduated in Jinan University in 2013, After graduating from university, I have been deeply involved in the denim apparels industry, possessing 13 years of full-chain practical experience. I have managed over $10 million in denim apparel orders, with a peak annual management scale exceeding $12 million, serving over 60 domestic and international wholesale, brand, and e-commerce clients. I can quickly match denim production capacity needs with different weights, processes, and price points.
I am proficient in the characteristics of all types of denim fabrics and washing process standards, controlling the entire process from cost accounting, sampling confirmation, bulk order follow-up, quality control sampling, to delivery. My first-pass yield rate for bulk orders is consistently above 98%, and my order delivery on time rate is above 95%. Through production and process optimization, I can help clients reduce overall procurement costs by 8%-12%.
